Submerged arc

Submerged arc welding is an autogenous welding process for melting, where the molten weld and the arc zone are protected from atmospheric contamination by being submerged under a blanket of granular fusible flux.
Our process is used in automatic version for thickness over 8 mm, offering high productivity, excellent penetration and welding quality. In terms of safety, operators are exposed to low risk thanks to the flux which assures the almost total absence of fumes and any electromagnetic radiation.
