Avesta 253 MA is the trade name of a super-austenitic stainless alloy steel with high content of chromium and nickel, as well as nitrogen and rare earths elements. Its main properties make it withstanding heat, corrosion, cracking and oxidation. At Nicro is mainly used for the production of equipment for heat treatment sector, and items such as muffles and retorts, bell furnaces and fans. It is an excellent material used largely in our production of alloy components, along with other nickel based alloys.
