Alloy steels with high nickel content are mix of steel with a particular chemical composition that makes them optimal at high temperatures and in corrosive and oxidizing environments. This material offers many advantages that does not affect the deformability of the steel. In general, these alloys, with different percentages of nickel, permit to reduce the annealing and quenching temperatures that in addition to the critical speed guarantee a greater hardening penetration. Finally, these alloys improve the strength of the components. They are not used in all metal productions but are widely used by our company which is specialized in the processing of alloys with a high nickel content.
