A well-organized corporate structure, boasting internal procedures aimed at maximum efficiency, coordinates a production workshop equipped with cutting-edge machinery and technologies to ensure control and total quality.
The headquarters in Vailate today spread over a covered area of 9.100 m², built on an area of 20.000 m².
The workshop consists of two large areas with different heights, suitable for manufacturing large components and to stock the most important equipment.
AUTOMATED
WAREHOUSES
5 automated warehouses stock stainless steel plates of different qualities, in several dimensions and thicknesses, tubes and bars, welding material and safety equipment.
The warehouses ensure the prompt availability of production material and full traceability from the incoming of the raw material, up to the finished product.
PICKLING
AREA
In the exterior part of the production area, you find a new pickling zone built for large components with controlled collection and disposal tank.
The pickling process, previously carried out at an external company, nowadays is performed entirely in our structure.
This allows us a significant reduction of the production times and more preservation of environmental impact with less transport for our big components.
